We are a local independent charity. Our mission is to provide the opportunities, resources and support so that our community and its young people can belong, contribute and thrive.

To achieve our mission we have a high performing finance, marketing and admin team, we need you to join that team. You will be responsible for securing £300,000 annually from charitable and statutory grants, trusts, foundations and individual donations each year. Our team also generates £300,000 from our assets and trading.

You will need to be a skilled and experienced individual who can build and manage relationships with funders, donors and supporters, identify opportunities and write successful applications.

You will report to the Head of Development and be a key part of a small central support team that enables the operational team to deliver our services to over 2,000 people each year.

We are flexible about your working week to meet your needs, anything up to full time. You will work between our main office, operational sites and at home.
